How the law protects you
Data protection laws state that we are only able to process personal information if we have valid reasons to do so; that we must seek your consent to process your data; and that we must be able to demonstrate compliance with the Data Protection principles, as set out in the new GDPR legislation.

Keeping your personal information safe
Although we use appropriate security measures once we have received your personal information, the transmission of information over the internet is never completely secure. We do our best to protect personal information, but we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to our website, so any transmission is at the user’s own risk.
However, any payment card details (such as credit or debit cards) we receive on our website are passed securely to our payment processing provider according to the Payment Card Industry Security Standards.
We confirm that any Personal Data which you provide to us and any User Information from which we can identify you, is held in accordance with both the Data Protection Act (1998) and the GDPR (2018). Your privacy is important to us.
We treat all Personal Data as confidential. Data is kept on a secure server and we will fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation.
We use your information only for the following purposes:
Retention of your data
We remove personal data from our systems in line with our data retention policy. The length of time each category of data will be retained will vary on how long we need to process it, the reason it is collected, and in line with any statutory requirements.
After this point the data will either be deleted or rendered anonymous.
