A companion piece to the Blue Iris. Both images were taken on a trip with friends to Hidcote Manor. The gardens there are wonderful and very big. We stopped for a sit down on the way round and this little chap decided to join us briefly. He or she posed for an opportunistic quick snap, then went on their way to deliver their worm. It was obviously ‘in the zone’, continuing to sing even after I walked away.
