The sun has warmth, there's sloe blossom and catkins in the hedgerows. Two bumblebees buzzed past my head yesterday - spring is here!
The crocuses may be gone but there are plenty more wild plants blooming to feed our pollinators..
More and more lesser celandine seem to pop up every day. The daffodils and wood anemone are still going strong.
I saw the first dandelion this week, full of happy pollen beetles. Also flowering now are Herb Robert and Dogs Mercury

I didn't expect to see my first tulip popping up or the white dead nettle already blooming... The bittercress has seed pods starting!
